Light Bulb and Fluorescent Tube Delivery Information


Information for Customers

Stock - If an Item is currently out of stock we shall endeviour to contact the customer within 24 Hours of the order being placed, to advise the exact deliver window in which the item may be expected to be received. The customer may unless indicated within the item order screens or cart screens cancel without charge the order and receive a full refund as long as the item has not been dispatched when the customer requests the cancellation.


Orders Delivery Options

Standard Delivery – Royal Mail

Royal Mail Postage - All Royal Mail postage Orders are carefully packed to ensure that your light bulbs or fluorescent tubes are delivered in good working order. Please leave 4/5 working days from the date of the order for delivery. This can sometimes be longer due to Bank Holidays etc. -

Carrier/UPS – 2/3 Day Service

Standard Carriers & UPS Standard – We use many carriers for our services, but generally use Business Post or UPS. This service is a 2/3 day service, which will require a signature on delivery. DON’T SIGN FOR SUSPECTED BROKEN ITEMS

Guaranteed Next Day Service

We use the most efficient company for next day deliveries. Only orders received before 3.30pm on the day of ordering can be dispatched by this methods, should your order be received after 3.30pm it shall be dispatched by your requested method the next working day (Mon-Fri exc. Bank Holidays). Generally orders are received by the customer before 3pm on the delivery day, but on occasion it may be delivered up to 6pm.

Europe

Europe Standard – We use mainly Royal mail Postal Service for standard deliveries, excluding Fluorescent tubes that require special carriers to prevent damages. We may require further a payment on occasions for European Deliveries, should our standard charge not cover the cost of delivery.

Europe Carrier – We use the most efficient method of delivery for Europe Carriers, however Fluorescent tubes may require special carriers to prevent damages. We may therefore require further a payment on occasions for European Deliveries, should our standard carrier charge not cover the cost of delivery.

International


International Orders - All International Orders are dispatched by the best available means, dependant on the Country of Delivery. It can take up to 10/14 days for delivery, dependent again on the delivery location. Orders over a certain weight may incur extra charges; this will be informed to you before the goods are sent. Priced dependant on Location and Volume/Weight.


 

On Delivery of all Orders You Should.

Immediately on delivery it is essential that you check the goods to ensure that they are correct and not damaged. You are required to contact us within 24 hours of arrival should the goods be either incorrect or damaged.

In the case of incorrect goods these shall be checked against our real time stock system to ascertain the necessary information, and we shall contact you immediately to arrange either collection or delivery of replacement goods.
