Stock - If an Item is currently out of stock we shall endeavor to contact the customer within 24 Hours of the order being placed, to advise the exact deliver window in which the item may be expected to be received. The customer may without charge cancel the order and receive a full refund as long as the item has not been dispatched when the customer requests the cancellation.

Light Bulbs and Fluorescent tubes - Next Day delivery Orders for all First Light Direct products must be with us by 3pm. Various exceptions apply in particular fluorescent tubes.

All of our carriers deliver up to 6.30pm each working day, unfortunately we can’t set a timed delivery for you, nor can we contact the delivery drivers.
On Delivery of all Orders You Should.
Immediately on delivery it is essential that you check the goods to ensure that they are correct and not damaged. You are required to contact us within 24 hours of arrival should the goods be either incorrect or damaged.
In the case of incorrect goods these shall be checked against our real time stock system to ascertain the necessary information, and we shall contact you immediately to arrange either collection or delivery of replacement goods.
